Limra basic model lock for other doors & stainless steel fittings.

Following particulars are not included in the package as they vary depending on the site location & client’s requirement.

Note:

If the price of the Construction materials increases more than 5% when the construction process is delayed due to financial issues, client should bear the extra cost.
If any work has to be done which is not mentioned in the quotation, client should bear the cost for that.
Client should bear the Cost for EB main board works & all the government formalities.
EB bill is to be paid by the client during the period of construction.
Construction water is to be provided by the client if bore water is not available.
If shrinkage cracks develops in the building, it will be arrested & paint touch-up work will be done by us up-to 1 year.
If any plumbing or electrical malfunction occurs, our team will rectify it at free of cost for 1 year.
If any of plumbing fittings or Electrical switches fails to work within 1 year, it will be replaced at free of cost. It will not be done when they are damaged by client or inappropriate usage of it.
